In this type, SLmail does not have a dedicated connection to the Internet. However, instead of SLmail launching a dialup connection, there is often a dialup router, which opens and closes the Internet connection as needed.

Disable Smarthost is not checked.

Disable MX lookup is checked.

System Page

A valid relay mail server is specified in the Smarthost field.

The Name Server field contains "DNS."

Connection Method Page

Connection Method is set for Dialup Connection.

Use RAS Dialup is not selected.
