If Moderated Post in checked in a list's configuration, SLmail will require that a moderator approve all posts to a list. At this time, all list moderation must be done through the SLmail Control Panel applet. To get to the SLmail Control Panel, go to Start > Programs > SL Products > SLmail > SLmail Configuration and click the Users tab. Double-click on the specific list in question. This will bring you to the Edit Mailing List window.
In this window you will see how many pending messages and pending subscriptions are waiting for approval. To approve or deny new message, click the Process button to the right of Pending Messages.
This will bring you to the Pending Messages for window. On the left hand side of this window you will see a list of messages waiting for approval.
The Preview pane shows you the contents of the highlighted message. If you wish to accept the message, highlight the specific message and click Accept . To reject the message, click Reject . You will then be prompted for a rejection message. Normally you will type in the reason why the post was rejected. The rejected message will then be bounced back to the original sender with your rejection message included as the reason.
Delete will delete the pending message and sends no notification back to the original sender.
