If Moderated Join in checked in a list's configuration, SLmail will require that a moderator approve all subscribe requests to a list. At this time, all list moderation must be done through the SLmail Control Panel applet. To get to the SLmail Control Panel, go to Start > Programs > SL Products > SLmail > SLmail Configuration and click the Users tab. Double-click on the specific list in question. This will bring you to the Edit Mailing List window.
In this window you will see how many pending messages and pending subscriptions are waiting for approval. To approve or deny new subscription requests, click the Process button to the right of Pending Subscriptions.
This will open a Pending Members for window. On the left hand side you will see a list of address, which are waiting for approval. The right hand side will contain any additional information about that subscriber.
If you wish to accept the subscription, highlight the specific user and click Accept . If you wish to reject the subscription request, click Reject .
