Creating a Mailing List account follows the same procedure as the other account types, except that you choose the List option from the drop down menu.
In the Control Panel Applet right-click in any white space in the window and select New > List from the popup menu. The new forward account will appear in the window.
Enter the name for the new account and hit ENTER. The Edit Mailing List dialog box will open.
Select the Options tab to set the parameters of the list.
