Server Scalability

• Multi-Organization Support - From a single server you can host an unlimited number of organizations. (Offices, departments, other companies etc…) This is a great benefit for ISP's, Resellers, or companies with multiple departments.
• Multiple Domain and User Support – Host over a thousand domains on a single server and an unlimited number of users.

Administrative Features

• Hierarchal Interface - A new web-browser based and hierarchal interface has been developed to allow easy access and administration to all the functionalities of the system.
• Remote Administration - Administrators can access their web-based interface from anywhere, via a web browser.
• Multi-Level Administrative Control - Once an organization is setup the administrator can create multiple ‘User Groups' for each department, team, etc. The administrator can then assign Secondary Domain Capabilities onto a responsible department head to take over time consuming server tasks for their department or the entire organization to add or delete new users, set up auto-responders for absent employees, and send mass mailing to current customers.
• Auto Purge – SLMail Pro allows Administrators to set regular purges to save space, a scheduled time can be set to truncate the log files, everyday, week, or month. SLMail Pro will then delete everything older than the specified setting combined with the last modified date.
• Out of Office Auto Reply – Notify email contacts when you are away from the office by setting an Automated Reply from either the server or the client.
• Mailbox Size Limits - Limit the amount of mailbox storage space by server, domain, and user to prevent over-usage of system resources.
• Mailing List Capabilities – Create Mailing List with an unlimited number of email addresses for marketing campaigns, contact with customers, and employee communication. The list server allows you to choose whether the lists are public, private, moderate, or open.
